Wildrose Public Transportation
Wildrose Public Transportation is a non-profit door-to-door public transportation entity serving Northwest North Dakota, including the communities of Wildrose, Alamo, Zahl, Tioga, Ray, McGregor, Epping, Fortuna, Ambrose, Crosby, Noonan, Columbus, Lignite, Flaxton, Bowbells and Kenmare, North Dakota. WPT provides affordable door-to-door transportation service on various days to Williston, Minot and Bismarck. WPT also offers short trips within our region, generally traveling into Tioga or Crosby from outlying areas, as well as within the towns of Crosby and Tioga. WPT also provides transportation to special events or destinations within and outside our region for the personal growth and enhancement of the people in our service area. WPT has a modern 10-passenger van, a 12-passenger bus and a minivan, all equipped with either a wheelchair lift or a ramp for those with mobility issues, and WPT handles billing to the VA and Medicaid for those eligible.
All senior citizens from Divide and Williams Counties have their transportation sponsored by the Senior Citizen grant for their county for any scheduled trip.
